We provide an hour long comprehensive, airway-focused evaluation designed to understand yours or your child’s long-term growth, development, and overall orthodontic health. To support this elevated level of care, Synergi has a $50 consultation fee per patient.

The easiest way to make an appointment is to call us. However, we understand it isn’t always convenient to call our office during the day, so we’ve made it easier to schedule an appointment at anytime, from any device! Now you can also book your appointment time directly on to our schedule using the link below. You can also use our contact form to ask any questions. Note that if you don’t see an opening in our online booking, we often have more openings if you call.
Patient Forms and Consultation Fee
Once you have selected your appointment time, please fill out our new patient forms. This should take about 10 minutes. Then click the payment link and make sure to put $50 in the “amount” line. If you need to reschedule your appointment, simply contact us via phone, text, or through this contact form. Please note, we do have a $50 no-show or cancel within 24 hours policy.

Once we have your appointment time, your new patient forms, and your $50 consultation fee, our team will reach out to you to confirm your appointment!
